SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped out between 1-3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

All items are shipped from Kansas City using FedEx or USPS. If you would like your item to arrive sooner than standard post, contact us and we’d be happy to upgrade it for an additional cost.

Shipping pricing is determined through item category due to the varying weights and sizes of our items:

Standard shipping does not include insurance. We are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping. The risk of lost or missing packages will pass to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

International orders may incur additional import duties and taxes at customs depending on the country you reside. The customer is responsible for the payment of these additional fees. We must abide by all international import/export laws and therefore cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. Contact your customs office for additional information.

 

RETURNS

All items are final sale. We are a new and small-scale operation - as we continue to grow, this policy will be revisited. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or further details before ordering.

We try our best to photograph and describe all items as thoroughly and as accurately as possible. Unless otherwise noted, all vintage and secondhand items have been previously owned. All in-house line items are designed and manufactured by hand in our Kansas City studio.
